Product Introduction

This series of products is a high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor developed by our company based on the GB/T28575-2020 (YE2 series three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions 80-132) standard. The efficiency index of this series of motors reaches level 3 energy efficiency in GB18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Small and Medium Three phase Asynchronous Motors", and complies with the IE3 energy efficiency grade in IEC60034-30 standard. The YE2 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor can be used to drive long-term loads such as fans and pumps, with advanced performance indicators and high efficiency, thus achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.

The installation size and power level of the YE2 three-phase asynchronous motor comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60072-1 standard. Motors with a center height of H160 or above can be equipped with non-stop oil injection and discharge devices, and space is reserved for installing thermistors and moisture-proof heating belts, making it convenient for users to choose. The temperature rise is assessed at 80K, and the motor has a large temperature rise margin and a long service life; The rotor adopts aluminum casting technology, which has high operational reliability.
