Before Service

① On the basis of a preliminary understanding of the customer's laboratory functions and requirements, assign professionally trained laboratory furniture designers or sales engineers to discuss design solutions with the customer.

② Considering the different needs of customers and adhering to the principle of "humanization", design engineers provide detailed specifications of design drawings and furniture based on the site space, shape, safety, convenience, and other factors using a CAD computer drawing system, providing customers with more intuitive and professional product recommendations and layout plans.

③ After discussing the design plan with the client, the design engineer went to the construction site to measure and verify the dimensions to ensure the accuracy of the drawings.


In sales service

① Under normal operating and usage conditions, we promise a product warranty period of 1 year, starting from the date of manufacture. Controversies can be discussed by providing relevant information.

② Any product quality issues that occur during the warranty period will be immediately addressed upon notification by the user. If on-site handling is required, it will arrive within 24 hours within the province and within 48 hours outside the province (excluding 48 hours beyond the distance), and free on-site service will be provided.

③ During the warranty period, if there is any man-made damage, the company is responsible for repairing it and charging the repair costs incurred.


after-sale service

① When repairing products outside the warranty period, we can provide quick repairs according to customer requirements and strive to deliver them to users within the specified time.

② The company adheres to the principle of providing equal service to all customers, repairing and maintaining products, and providing free debugging. Only corresponding material costs will be charged, and labor costs will be waived.

③ After sales technicians can provide on-site service by picking up and dropping off customers according to their needs, free of labor costs.

Precautions

① Carefully read the instruction manual and nameplate data.

② When installing or disassembling couplings or pulleys, please use hot sleeve installation.

③ When installing a motor with an encoder, using tapping or cold pressing methods can generate impact forces in the axial direction, which can easily damage the bearings and encoder.

④ Before debugging the DC motor, the dust-proof paper in the blinds needs to be removed.

⑤ After wiring the variable frequency motor and DC motor fan, pay attention to the rotation direction to ensure that the rotation direction is correct and prevent the fan from burning out due to incorrect direction, which may cause the motor to burn out.

⑥ Regularly clean the dust cover of the fan.
