Environmental conditions for micro motors
1. The measurement of temperature rise of micro DC motors should be carried out indoors without being affected by external temperature. The indoor ambient temperature should be within the range of 5-40 ℃, and the indoor air should circulate freely. Forced circulation is not allowed.
2. The temperature measurement point should be selected at a location where the thermometer can come into contact with the lubricating oil of the micro DC motor.
Micro motor thermometer
The division value is 0.5 ℃.
Measurement method for micro motors
1. Determination of working temperature
The measurement of temperature rise of the tested reducer is usually carried out simultaneously with the measurement of the bearing capacity and transmission efficiency of the reducer, or separately. When the tested reducer meets the requirements, the working temperature of the reducer at rated speed and rated input power is determined.
2. Measurement of Environmental Temperature
Place a thermometer 1.5m away from the surface of the tested DC micro motor. The height of the thermometer measuring point from the ground should be equal to the axis of the gearbox. The placement of the thermometer should not be affected by external radiation heat and airflow. The reading of the ambient temperature value and the reading of the working temperature value should be carried out simultaneously.
Temperature rise calculation of micro motor
The temperature rise is calculated according to the following formula:
In the formula: Δ t - temperature rise of the reducer ℃
Working temperature of DC micro motor at rated speed and rated input power ℃
Environmental temperature ℃. t2—— t1—— Δt=t1–t2
